So what do these companies have in common?
First of all, they are all privately owned by Michael and Jean Webb.
Secondly, the philosophy of personal service and attention to detail has always been the backbone of these businesses. So often these days the word "hospitality" seems to be missing from the travel industry's vocabulary in favour of enhanced "share price". This does nothing for the guest; we feel that the needs of the customer must be paramount.
As the group of companies is privately owned, the directors are able to plough back a significant portion of profits into the fabric of the buildings and into continual staff training.
That is why the vast majority of our customers return time after time - the best accolade we could ever have!
